Social and Labor Behavior - Robert Bosch Ltda company
“The Social and Labor Performance of Robert Bosch Ltda" study is part of the “Social and Labor Performance of German Companies in Brazil" project sponsored by the Hans Böckler Foundation of Germany. This project studies and compares three Germany-based companies installed in the country – Bayer, Bosch and ThyssenKrupp – from the perspective of its behavior in relation to the so-called Basic Labor Rights and the Environment.
This project contributes to the work of the Social Observatory Europe, which is a cooperative effort between the Central Workers Union (CUT) and the Social Observatory Institute (SOI) of Brazil, the German union center Deutsche Gewerkschaftsbund (DGB) and the Dutch union center Federatie Nederlandse Vakbeweging (FNV). The project consists of studies and monitoring of social-labor behavior of the three German companies mentioned above and also three Hollandbased companies - Ahold, Philips and Unilever.
